Preparation steps

1.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a small skillet and pour 1/4 of the egg mixture into the pan. Cook until set,  2-3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture to make 4 omelets.

Cut the sausage into slices. In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and saute the sausage until golden brown, 2-3 minutes. Season with caraway. Top the omelets with the sausage and serve garnished with watercress.
