- 8 Pork sausage
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- 2 Red onions
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 200 milliliters Beef broth
- 1 kilogram starchy potatoes
- ¼ l milk
- 50 grams softened butter
- salt
- peppers
- fresh cilantro
Preparation steps
1.
Peel and rinse potatoes, cook in boiling salted water for 25 minutes. Drain and press through the ricer. Heat milk and combine with potatoes, add butter and season with salt and pepper. Puree and keep warm.

Heat ghee and borwn sausages on all sides.

Peel onions and cut into rings. Heat butter in a pan and cook onions for a few seconds. Add broth and simmer for 7 minutes. Arrange mashed potatoes on plates, top with sausages and onions. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.
