Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and slice the mushrooms. Saute in butter for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and dry with paper towels.

Coarsely chop the nuts. Caramelize the sugar in a pan. Add the nuts and mix well. Drizzle the nuts with the balsamic vinegar. Mix in the mushrooms and serve.
