Preparation steps

Rinse the mushrooms and cut into thick slices. Peel the garlic. Cut the garlic into thin slices and the dried tomatoes into strips.

Heat 6 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the mushrooms and garlic. Saute until golden brown on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato. Pour everything into a shallow dish and cool slightly. Cover with plenty of olive oil. Serve warm.
