1 lemon (juice)
3 Tbsps Caper (drained)
1 clove garlic cloves
3 Tbsps chopped parsley
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.
Put the olives in a food processor with the lemon juice, capers, garlic and parsley. Blend until just combined.

Pour in sufficient olive oil to make a puree. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
