4 Tbsps powdered sugar (to garnish)
2 cups cream (30% fat)
1 cup coarse Oatmeal

Preparation steps

1.
Puree half the raspberries with half the sugar and a little water and pass through a fine sieve.
2.
Lightly whip the cream and fold in the remaining sugar and the oatmeal.
3.
Layer the remaining raspberries into serving glasses with the raspberry puree and the cream and oatmeal mixture.
4.
Dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.
