Preparation steps

1.

Break the eggs into a bowl, then season with salt and pepper. Add the milk, and whisk until combined.

Melt the butter in a pan, then add the egg mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Don't allow the eggs to brown. Cook until the eggs are juicy, and have a sheen to them.

Garnish to taste with chives, and serve.
