Preparation steps

1.

Beat eggs and cream with a whisk briefly, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and stir in the dill.

Heat butter in a nonstick pan, pour in the egg mixture and stir gently. Divide the shrimp over and let the eggs thicken, again and again pushing together with a wooden spatula until cooked. To serve, arrange on warmed plates.
