- For the skewers
- 12 shrimp (ready to cook)
- 12 mussels (ready to cook)
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- 12 Baby potatoes (cooked)
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- For the salad
- ½ bunch cilantro
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 red chili peppers
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Lime (cut into wedges)
Preparation steps

For the skewers: Place shrimp and mussels in separate bowls, season both with lime juice. Mix mussels with breadcrumbs. Alternately skewer potatoes, mussels and shrimp onto 8 wooden skewers. Brush with oil and grill on a hot grill for about 4 minutes.

For the salad: Rinse cilantro, shake dry and pluck leaves. Peel and julienne onion. Peel and mince garlic. Rinse chile and cut into thin rings. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Plate skewers and salad and serve garnished with lime wedges.
