3 Tbsps Lime juice
150 grams Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Wasabi powder
salt

2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Cucumber

Preparation steps

1.

Sprinkle tuna with 2 tablespoons lime juice and season with salt and pepper.

2.

Mix mayonnaise with wasabi powder and lime juice, season with salt and transfer to serving bowls.

3.

Rinse cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into sticks.

4.

Sear tuna in a pan in oil for about 3 minutes on each side.

5.

Arrange cucumber sticks and tuna on plates. Serve with the wasabi mayonnaise.
