Ingredients

For the broccoli
500 grams Broccoli
2 Tbsps butter
1 small onion
salt
freshly ground peppers
For the chicken
4 Chicken breasts
salt
freshly ground peppers
clarified butter (for frying)
2 tsps honey
Curry
2 Tbsps hot water
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
For the noodles
300 grams Chinese Egg noodle

Preparation steps

1.

For the broccoli: Boil plenty of water in a pot.

2.

Rinse broccoli and cut into uniform florets. Cook broccoli in boiling water for about 5 minutes until al dente, drain, shock in cold water and drain again.

For the chicken: Heat a little butter in a deep frying pan.

4.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brown them on all sides in hot butter. Reduce heat and finish cooking, covered, over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Combine honey, curry and hot water.

Brush chicken with honey mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Flip breast to toast seeds. 

7.

For the noodles: Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain. 

8.

Melt butter in a saucepan.

9.

Peel and mince onion, cook in butter. Add broccoli, remove from heat and toss. Season with salt and pepper.

10.

Plate noodles, chicken and broccoli and serve.
