Ingredients

400 grams Green beans
salt
4 Chicken breasts (each about 140 grams)
30 grams melted butter
freshly ground peppers
½ tsp dried rosemary
3 Tbsps Sesame seeds
3 Tbsps sesame oil
cilantro (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and peel beans. Blanch in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes, drain and rinse in ice water, drain well. 

2.

Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts, half diagonally. Brush meat with melted butter and season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Grill meat on a hot grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning over once. Remove from the grill and cool.  

3.

Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan. Arrange chicken and beans in bento boxes, sprinkle with sesame oil and sesame seeds. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve as needed.
