4 cups Strawberry juice
1 Tbsp Agar
¾ cup sugar
2.333 cups Strawberries (halved or quartered depending on size)
2.333 cups forest Strawberries

Preparation steps

1.
Bring the juice to the boil and stir in the agar-agar and the sugar.
2.
Place half the fruit into four moulds lined with cling-film (approx. 11 cm in diameter). Allow the liquid to cool slightly and then pour into the moulds. Cover and leave to set in the fridge.
3.
Knock out the jelly onto plates and serve garnished with the remaining strawberries.
