- 2 shallots
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp scallions
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Basil
- 2 Tbsps Cress
- 1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 150 grams Crème fraiche
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- Sprout (as desired)
- Cress (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the shallots and chop very finely. Mix with the crème fraiche, yoghurt, herbs and vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Drizzle with the oil and serve garnished with sprouts and cress.
