- For the lasagna
- 150 grams Lasagne noodle
- salt
- For the bechamel
- 40 grams butter
- 40 grams Pastry flour
- 350 milliliters milk
- Nutmeg
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 250 grams shrimp
- 250 grams fish fillets (cod, redfish)
- 150 grams Camembert
Preparation steps

For the lasagna: Boil lasagna noodles in plenty of salted water, according to package instructions, drain well.

For the béchamel: Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté flour and whisk in milk. Cook for about 5 minutes over low heat to simmer, stirring constantly. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Cut fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and season with salt. Remove rind from camembert and slice. Put a layer os lasagna noodles in a casserole dish and begin to layer all ingredients, as desired. End with bechamel. Bake lasagne in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 390°F) until golden brown, about 45 minutes. Remove, slice and serve.
