- 250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 150 grams acid Whipped cream (sour cream)
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp scallions
- 1 Tbsp chopped Dill
- 1 stalk Celery
- 400 grams cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Preparation steps

Mix together the yogurt, sour cream and ketchup. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add the dill and chives to taste. Rinse and slice the celery. Fold the celery and cooked shrimp into the sauce and stir to combine. Garnish as desired with the lettuce, endive, cucumber and carrot slices.

Serve with champagne.
