- 8 slices Whole Wheat Toast
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- ½ bunch Radish
- 300 grams shrimp
- 4 Tbsps light Mayonnaise
- ½ lemon
- Iodized salt
- freshly ground black peppers
- ½ handful Dill
Preparation steps
Cut crust off toast, if desired. Rinse the lettuce and spin dry. Rinse radishes, trim and cut into thin sticks. Drain shrimp.
Mix shrimp with 3 tablespoons mayonnaise in a bowl and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Rinse the dill, shake dry and finely chop the leaves. Mix with the shrimp salad.
Spread toast with the remaining mayonnaise. Top 4 slices with a lettuce leaf, then top with shrimp salad and radish sticks. Place another slice of toast and on top of each and press together. Halve diagonally to serve.
