18 ozs Spaghetti
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp lemon zest
1 clove garlic cloves (pressed)
¼ cup dry white wine
cup cream
1 ½ cups grated Parmesan
1 handful fresh oregano

Preparation steps

Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan. Add the lemon zest and garlic and fry gently for 1-2 minutes. Pour over the white wine, then add the cream and parmesan (reserving 4 tbsp), stirring constantly, and allow the sauce to thicken slightly. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Drain the pasta and stir through the cream sauce. Divide between pasta bowls and serve sprinkled with the reserved parmesan and with the oregano.
