800 grams Pork loin
2 small yellow onion
1 garlic clove
6 Tbsps sunflower oil
1 Tbsp herbes de Provence

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the bacon into large pieces. Rinse the pork and pat dry. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Arrange the prepared ingredients alternately on the skewers.

Peel the garlic, mince and mix with the oil and herbs. Season with salt and pepper, pour over the skewers and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Grill the skewers or cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
