- For the cake
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 2 very ripe Banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups chopped Walnut
- To decorate
- powdered sugar

1 Pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine grater, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Decanter, 1 Small knife
Preparation steps

For the cake: heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease a 23cm|9" cake tin and line the base with non-stick baking paper.

Put all the ingredients for the cake into a mixing bowl and beat together until thoroughly blended. Spoon into the tin and bake for 35-45 minutes, until risen and cooked through. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
3.
Sift over a little icing sugar to decorate.
