Preparation steps

1.
Line a 25cm x38cm| 10" x 15" baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water.
3.
Spread in a thin, even layer, about 5mm| 1/4" thick on the baking paper.
4.
Gently tap the tray on a work surface several times to even out the thickness of the chocolate and release any air bubbles. Chill for 4-5 minutes until partially set, but not hard.
5.
Using a ruler and a knife, score lines in the chocolate to give 5cm-7.5cm|2"-3" squares. Chill until set and hard.
6.
Melt the chocolate trimmings as before.
7.
Break apart the chocolate squares on the scored lines. Place the base of 1 box on a piece of non-stick baking paper. Using a brush, dab the melted chocolate all along one side of the base.
8.
Press another square against the base and hold it until the chocolate begins to set and it holds itself up.
9.
Brush melted chocolate along 1 of the sides and the base, and press a second square against the wet chocolate and hold until it starts to set. Fill in any cracks in the seams of the side or bottom with additional chocolate. Repeat with the third square.
10.
Brush the 2 exposed sides and the edge of the base with melted chocolate, then press the final square onto the melted chocolate. Holdt until it sets and fill in any gaps with melted chocolate.
11.
Repeat with the remaining squares
12.
Fill the boxes with sliced strawberries and decorate with ribbon.
