Preparation steps

1.

Butter 4 small ramekins (about 8 cm in diameter) (approximately 3 inches).

Cook pasta according to package instructions in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well. Cut olives into small pieces. Rinse and shake dry thyme, pluck off leaves. 

3.

Combine pasta, olives, thyme, cream and Parmesan, season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture in ramekins and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
