- 1 pomegranate
- 3 cups Smoked salmon
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- Frisée (to garnish)
- 2 Tbsps Salmon roe
- Chives (halved)
- 1 lemon (halved and cut into a garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds taking care not to include any of the woody pith.
2.
Dress the smoked salmon slices with the lemon juice. Fold and present on a platter.
3.
Garnish with the frissee lettuce, pomegranate seeds, salmon roe, chives, and ornamental lemon halves.
