- 12 Pastry boats (premade)
- 150 grams cream cheese
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp chopped Dill
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 12 sm slices Smoked salmon
- 1 sm piece Cucumber
- Dill (for garnishing)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix cream cheese with salt, pepper, lemon juice and chopped dill. Place a dollop of mixture into each pastry boat.
2.
Rinse cucumber, cut 6 slices and halve. Arrange cucumber slices on cheese mixture.
3.
Roll salmon and arrange decoratively on cucumber slices. Garnish with dill and serve.
