1 Red paprika
1 stalk Celery
1 yellow onion
2 ripe Tomatoes
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice

4 Tbsps Cress

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the salmon into small cubes. Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and dice. Trim, rinse and finely dice the celery. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stems and seeds and dice.

2.

Mix everything together along with the olive oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to small canapé spoons and sprinkle with cress to serve.
