400 grams cream cheese
1 tsp Horseradish (jarred)

Preparation steps

Cut the salmon into pieces and puree in a food processor with 100 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) cream and push through a fine-meshed sieve. In a bowl, mix the salmon cream with the cream cheese and horseradish until smooth. Beat the remaining cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the salmon-cream mixture. Season with salt, lemon juice and pepper and spoon the mousse into 4 small bowls. Cover and chill at least 20 minutes before serving.

To garnish: Garnish with salmon roe and dill.
