20 grams butter
200 milliliters dry white wine
3 Tbsps grained Mustard

150 grams Smoked salmon (in slices)
Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.

Peel shallot and chop very finely. In a skillet, sauté shallot in hot, melted butter until translucent. Deglaze with wine, stir in mustard and simmer until slightly thickened, a few minutes. Season with pepper and a little salt. Cut smoked salmon into strips.

3.

Drain pasta and toss with the smoked salmon. Divide among plates. Top with sauce and serve garnished with dill.
