100 grams Sauerkraut (fresh or canned)
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
100 milliliters Vegetable broth
250 grams Smoked tofu
1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions and chop finely. Drain sauerkraut well and chop. Sauté onion in hot oil until translucent. Deglaze pan with broth, stir in sauerkraut and let cook until liquid evaporates, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Mash tofu with a fork and stir into cabbage mixture. Season mixture with salt, pepper and cumin and sprinkle with parsley to serve.
