- 24 whole, fresh Strawberries rinsed; trimmed and halved (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- ½ cup Silken tofu
- ¼ tsp Almond extract
- 2 Tbsps honey (or sugar)
Preparation steps

Combine strawberries, low-fat milk, tofu, almond extract and honey or sugar in a blender. Pulse until frothy and smooth, about 1 minute.

Fill a saucer or bowl with salt or sugar. Hold the glass parallel to the table. Wet the outside rim of each glass with a fresh lemon juice. Dab the rim into the sugar, slowly turning the glass so that only the outer edge is covered. Shake off any excess sugar. Fill each glass with smoothie mix and garnish with fresh strawberries.
