Nutritional values

Acai berry is rich in antioxidants that protect our cells from free radicals. In addition, the small stone fruit contains unsaturated fatty acids, many vitamins and minerals. Blueberries have a positive effect on the intestines during diarrhea because of their tannins. In addition, the berries are a real domestic superfood because of the abundant antioxidants.

You can consider this recipe as a basic recipe for a smart breakfast, which can be varied again and again: Instead of blueberries, you can use other fruits, such as other types of berries or mango, and you can omit acai powder, cacao powder, and chia seeds if you like. You can replace the vegan yogurt alternative with cow's milk yogurt and, as far as the toppings are concerned, whatever tastes good is allowed: For example, a combination of coconut flakes, granola, coarsely chopped walnuts and chia seeds tastes great.
