- 6 ozs fresh Raspberries
- 2 mature Banana
- 7 ozs coconut or Rice milk
- 2 tsps crushed flaxseed
- 2 Tbsps tender Oats
- 2 Tbsps Coconut milk
- 1 pinch Vanilla powder
- 2 stalks mint
- 2 Tbsps peeled Hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp Coconut flakes

1 Blender, 1 small Bowl
Preparation steps

Sort the raspberries, wash them, and put a handful of berries aside. Peel the bananas, break them into large pieces, and put them into a blender together with the raspberries. Add coconut drink, flaxseed, and oat flakes and puree everything finely.

Mix the coconut milk with the vanilla powder. Wash mint, shake dry and pluck leaves.
3.
Pour the smoothie into bowls and pour the coconut milk into the smoothie bowl in a circle with a tablespoon. Garnish the bowls with remaining raspberries, the mint leaves, hemp seeds and coconut chips and serve.
