2 Whole grain English muffins (split)

Preparation steps

Preheat stove top griddle over medium-high heat. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Add milk, and season with salt and pepper. Melt 1 tablespoon butter on the griddle and add the eggs. Reduce heat to low, and stir gently with a wooden spoon, until the eggs begin to set.

Butter the English muffins with the remaining butter. Place English muffins buttered side down and grill muffins until golden brown. Divide the English muffins and scrambled eggs among 2 plates, and garnish with fresh dill. Serve immediately.
