1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Paper towel, 1 Small knife, 2 lange Wooden skewers, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Slotted spatula (oder Küchenzange)

Preparation steps

Toast the bread and keep warm.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small pan over a low heat. Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper and pour into the pan. Cook very gently, stirring all the time, until the eggs are just cooked.
3.
Serve the eggs on the toast garnished with the salmon caviar and chives.
