- 8 eggs
- 50 milliliters Whipped cream
- salt
- peppers
- 3 Tbsps butter
- For the topping
- 12 tsps Salmon caviar
- 12 leaflets parsley
- 12 Daisy
- 12 Eggshells
Preparation steps

Beat eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a pan, and pour in egg mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until eggs are firm and no longer runny.

Divide scrambled eggs onto eggshells, Top with a teaspoon of caviar and serve garnished with parsley and daisies. Enjoy with fresh white bread, as desired.
