Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the spinach, then blanch in boiling water. Drain the spinach thoroughly. Coarsely chop the spinach, cream cheese, garlic, sour cream, and pine nuts in the blender.

Mix in the oil, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in a small bowl and serve.
