3 Tbsps olive oil
150 milliliters dry white wine

150 grams Cherry tomatoes

Preparation steps

Rinse the clams and drain thoroughly. Discard any clams that are already open.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package directions until al dente.

Rinse, trim, and slice the pepperoncini. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the pepperoncini and garlic briefly over medium heat. Deglaze with the wine, add the clams, and cook for 4-5 minutes. When the clams have opened, season with salt and pepper. Discard any clams that haven't opened.

Rinse and dry the tomatoes, then cut in half. Rinse, dry, and chop the parsley. Drain the pasta, and mix into the clam mixture. Add the tomatoes and parsley, toss to combine, and serve.
