4 Tomatoes
400 grams green Beans
4 scallions
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps olive oil
100 milliliters dry white wine
200 milliliters Whipped cream
peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain the tuna well and flake. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling salted water, peel, core, quarter, remove seeds and dice. Rinse the beans and cut into pieces. Rinse the scallions and slice diagonally. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a skillet. Sauté the beans and garlic until fragrant. Stir in the wine and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the tuna, tomatoes, scallions and cream, and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

To serve, divide the spaghetti between plates and top with the tuna vegetable sauce.
