- 500 grams Spaghetti
- salt
- 1 bunch Tarragon
- ½ bunch Dill
- ½ bunch Chives
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 6 Tbsps fresh Orange juice
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp organic Lemon peel
Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse and dry the herbs. Set some aside for garnish, then finely chop the rest. Thinly slice the chives, setting a few whole pieces aside for garnish. Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic, then sauté in butter.

Add the dill, tarragon, and chives to the pan, and deglaze with the orange and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then simmer for 5 minutes.

Drain the pasta in a colander, then mix into the herb sauce. Toss to combine, and season with salt and pepper if necessary. Garnish with the reserved herbs and the lemon zest.
