4 sun-dried Tomatoes (packed in oil, from a jar)
1 garlic clove
1 dried chili pepper
1 splash white wine
4 Tbsps olive oil
Sea salt
cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente.

Drain and chop the sun-dried tomatoes.

3.

Peel and thinly slice the garlic.

4.

Finely chop the chile pepper.

Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and chile, and cook until fragrant. Stir in the white wine. Add the spaghetti and some pasta water, and toss until thoroughly combined. Season with salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Serve garnished with parsley.
