- 4 cups white Bread (crusts cut off, diced)
- 1 ¼ cups cooked potatoes (mashed)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 red peppers (sliced)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the bread and the potatoes. Fry in hot oil, stirring occasionally for around 15 minutes until golden brown. Add the garlic and fry for a few minutes.

Add the peppers for the final 3-4 minutes, season with salt and ground black pepper and serve.
