Product recommendation
There is a Spanish pil pil spice seasoning mix which can be used for the recipe. However, this is not available everywhere.

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the garlic with the lemon zest, chillies and olive oil in a ceramic dish suitable for use on the hob.

Mix together the prawns, paprika, lemon juice and parsley and add to the hot oil. Season with salt and ground black pepper and cook, tossing or stirring, for 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
3.
Before serving, check the seasoning. Serve in individual portion-sized dishes if desired, with white bread.
