Preparation steps

1.
Thinly pare the zest of 3 lemons and put into a large bowl.
2.
Squeeze the juice from 6 lemons and add to the bowl with the sugar and water. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Cover and chill overnight.
3.
Slice the remaining lemon. Divide the orange and lemon slices and mint between a jug and glasses.
4.
Strain the lemonade through a sieve into the jug. Serve chilled as it is, or diluted with sparkling water.
