- 250 grams Broccoli
- 250 grams Cauliflower
- 300 grams Pumpkin
- salt
- 400 grams Spelt pasta
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- peppers
- Basil (to garnish)
- 100 grams Crème fraiche
Preparation steps

Rinse the cauliflower and broccoli and divide into florets. Cut the pumpkin into cubes. Cook the vegetables in boiling salt water for about 8-10 minutes. Drain in a sieve.

Cook the spelt noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain the pasta.

Heat the olive oil in a nonstick pan. Add the vegetables and saute while stirring. Add the noodles and toss briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the basil leaves serve with the creme fraiche.
