- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup fresh squeezed Orange juice
- 1 ½ Tbsps Chili oil
- 2 Tbsps fresh ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 4 small, dried red chili peppers (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and sliced)
Product recommendation
Yield is enough to marinate about 3 pounds of meat. Discard marinade after each use.
Preparation steps

In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, chili oil, ginger, chili peppers and garlic.
