200 grams Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Cut the prosciutto into pieces. Rinse and trim the scallions and cut into thin rings. Rinse the chiles, cut in half, remove seeds and finely chop.

Meanwhile, bring salted water to a boil. Melt butter in a small pan. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer while stirring for 1-2 min. Stir in the prosciutto, scallions, and parsley. Cook briefly, then season with salt, pepper, chile and nutmeg.

Cook the gnocchi according to package directions and drain, saving the cooking water. Mix the gnocchi with the sauce, adding a little cooking water if it is too thick. Arrange the finished gnocchi on plates and serve immediately.
