salt
2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 cups fresh Chanterelle (sliced)
1 ⅔ cups Chicken breasts (diced)
1 ⅔ cups cherry Tomatoes (sliced)
1 red chili pepper (cut into rings)
4 sprigs thyme (chopped)
4 sprigs parsley (flat leaf, chopped)
2 ½ Tbsps butter
cup dry white wine
peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
2.
Heat the oil in a pan and saute the garlic until transparent.
3.
Add the mushrooms and continue to saute until the moisture from the mushrooms has completely evaporated.
4.
Heat the butter in another pan, add the chicken and brown on all sides. Remove the chicken from the pan.
5.
Add the tomatoes and the chilli rings to the mushrooms, continue cooking briefly and then add the wine. Simmer over medium heat for 7-10 minutes. Season to taste and mix in the chicken.
6.
Drain the pasta well. Add to the pan and warm through. Lift everything onto warm plates. Garnish with the herbs and serve.
