- 1 kilogram green Mangoes
- 5 grams salt
- 250 milliliters sunflower oil
- 45 grams Pickle masala (spice mix)
- 5 grams mustard powder
- 5 green chili peppers (chopped)
- 5 Red chili peppers (chopped)
- 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 200 milliliters white Vinegar
Preparation steps

Rinse unpeeled mangoes, wipe dry and dice finely. Mix mangos and all remaining ingredients. Cover and let stand for about three days. Stir occasionally.

Place pickles in clean jars, cover with oil and seal.
