3 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
2 tsps black Mustard seed
3 red chili peppers (cut into thin strips)

Preparation steps

1.
Toss the shrimps with the lemon juice and leave to stand for 20 minutes.

Heat the butter and olive oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic, mustard seeds and chillies and fry until softened and the seeds 'pop'.
3.
Add the shrimps and cook for 3 minutes over a medium heat. Add the basil leaves for the last minute of cooking.
4.
Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
