0.333 cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Sour cream
2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Cream sherry
1 Tbsp fresh Chives (finely chopped)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp fresh Tarragon (chopped)
1 tsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
juiced and zested, fresh lemons (from one lemon)
6 cups fresh, lump Crabmeat (picked over)
1 Tbsp fresh Chives (finely chopped)
1 cup Parmesan (freshly grated)
paprika (for sprinkling)

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Fine grater, 1 Ladle, 1 deep bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Nutmeg grater, 1 Toaster

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 450º F. Coat baking dish with with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer set on medium speed, combine all the ingredients except the chives, crabmeat, Parmesan cheese and paprika. Mix until incorporated. Gently fold the crabmeat and half of the chives into the mixture and spoon into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining chives, Parmesan cheese and paprika evenly over the top and bake for 15 minutes. Place under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown on top.

Serve hot with crackers or toast points.
