Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the spinach and saute over medium heat in 1 tablespoon of oil. Drain and chop well. Beat the eggs until frothy. Add the flour and milk. Mix into a smooth sauce. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Spread the spinach in the baking dish. Sprinkle with grated parmesan. Pour in the sauce and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
